Here on Degrassi Wiki Ships, everyone is free to express their love & thoughts on various ships. However, there are a set of rules that each member of the wiki must abide by, which includes the following:
- Treat each other with respect.
This is a peaceful environment, so any negative comments towards other users will not be tolerated, and may result in disciplinary action.
- Just because you ship something, doesn't mean everyone has to.
Just like how everyone has their own opinions, the same goes for ships. Everyone is allowed to voice their opinion however they please (unless it's inappropriate/threatening.)
- Trolls are not tolerated in any form
Much the same as on Degrassi Wiki, Trolls are not wanted nor welcome here. Vandalism (unless demmed okay) will be removed and result in an immediate ban. Likewise, disgusting comments will be swiftly deleted, this is not the place for them.
- Keep things civil.
Please make it a habit that the atmosphere on wiki stays under control, and not blown out of proportion. Any issues can be reported to the administrators, found here.
- Only FACTS are allowed in the trivia....
...which means that saying something is a NOTP will not be condoned, unless proven true. It is of the utmost importance that information about a certain ship is confirmed, rather than false. Keep things factual.
- Ships.
Whilst we don't condone double shipping here (i.e. Two different friendship pages sharing the same ship), it's not against the rules and it does happen occaisionally. We ask that you preferably get permission from the friendship that had the ship first before you add it. Having the same ship with two different people is NOT allowed and you will be asked to remove the ship from one of the friendship pages.
- Community
There's been too much bullshit floating around and I (Kieran) am not having it here. I won't allow the negativity to come over here and I'm stamping it out by any means necessary. If you can't treat this place like a community, you will be blocked.
As you can tell, the numbers of rules is pretty limited, but still paramount. As long as they're followed, it'll be smooth sailing from here on out!
